Congratulations to all the participating Warren County schools for their incredible work in Magnified Giving's Youth Philanthropy Program 2023-2024! This year, students from various schools came together to significantly impact their communities by supporting local nonprofits.
Lakota East Freshman School Supporting Loss and Grief Through Youth Philanthropy
At Lakota East Freshman School, 250 students came together this year to tackle some important issues through Magnified Giving’s Youth Philanthropy Program as part of their English curriculum. After heartfelt presentations and discussions, these compassionate youth decided to support causes related to loss and grief, inspired by students' own personal experiences.

Empowering Youth Voices at Princeton Innovation Center
At Princeton Innovation Center, a meaningful moment unfolded during the fall semester Grant Giving Ceremony for Princeton students participating in the Magnified Giving Youth Philanthropy Program. An eleventh-grade student, Karen, joined her teacher, Ms. Deanna Pinkney, to present a $1,500 grant to Active Woodlawn Community Inc. Karen was empowered to use her voice and share about the importance of the mission of this nonprofit selected by herself and her classmates.

During the 2022-2023 school year, participants in Magnified Giving’s Youth Philanthropy Programs selected 127 nonprofits to receive 175 grants totaling $185,989.07 to meet needs in their communities. Bishop Fenwick High School Students Learn Valuable Skills While Making a Difference
117 seniors at Bishop Fenwick High School engaged in an empowering process to select a nonprofit to receive a $1,500 grant entrusted to them by Magnified Giving. Along the way, they completed an incredible 2,000 hours of service and practiced a wide variety of life skills!

25 students at Elder High School grew in their leadership and advocacy skills this year while participating in Magnified Giving, and they felt compelled to grant their funds to a fellow “Cincinnati kid.” Can you guess what foundation they supported?
Budding Philanthropists at Badin HS Educate Peers on Important Causes and Grant $1,500 to Local Charities
During their first semester this school year, 48 Badin High School students committed to train as philanthropists! Training as philanthropists may look different than training for sports, rehearsing for musical performances, or practicing for academic competitions, but it still requires time and dedication. Through their participation in Magnified Giving Club, which meets these students brought their all.
