Magnify Your Impact in the Community
Your gift to Magnified Giving empowers youth to become lifelong philanthropists while supporting local nonprofits to meet community needs—a win-win for everyone!
From Our Participants
“Donors to Magnified Giving make it possible for young people to experience philanthropy. When students evaluate and serve nonprofits that make an impact in their community, they can make a difference now and be inspired to find new ways to serve others in the future. ”
- Patrick Keller, participant in the Youth Philanthropy Program at Springboro High School

Did you know that Magnified Giving accepts non-cash gifts?
There are several meaningful ways to support our mission beyond traditional cash donations. These alternative methods not only benefit our organization but can also enhance your giving strategy.
Giving Stocks or Appreciated Assets
Donating stocks, bonds, or mutual funds that have appreciated over time is one of the most tax-efficient ways to give. If you've held these assets for more than one year, you can avoid capital gains tax and potentially receive a charitable deduction for the fair market value of the asset. This method allows you to give more to the causes you care about while also maximizing your tax benefits.
Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs)
If you are 70½ years old or older, you can make a QCD directly from your Individual Retirement Account (IRA) to Magnified Giving. QCDs can satisfy your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) without increasing your taxable income. This means you can support our empowering programs while possibly reducing your tax liability, all without having to write a check.
Grants from Donor Advised Funds (DAFs)
A Donor Advised Fund acts as a charitable savings account where you contribute cash, securities, or other assets, receive an immediate tax deduction, and then recommend grants over time to your favorite charities. By using a DAF, you can streamline your giving, simplify your records, and potentially allow your funds to grow tax-free before making a grant to Magnified Giving.
Each of these giving options supports our commitment to educating youth in philanthropy, and they provide you with unique financial advantages that may not be available through direct cash gifts. Contact Tyler at tyler@magnifiedgiving.org to magnify your giving through a non-cash gift today!
