Roger Grein
Founder & President
Roger is a successful businessman, internationally recognized softball coach, long-time philanthropist, and founder of Magnified Giving. An entrepreneur since age seven, Roger made his first, significant philanthropic contribution as a young teenager and has been freely giving of his time, talent and treasure for the past sixty years. As the founder and coach of Jake Sweeney girls softball team, his teams won regional, state, national and world championships. In 2022, Roger was honored with the Jefferson Award for Outstanding Public Service by the Rotary Club of Cincinnati. He also received Redwood’s 2022 Shining Bright Award, recognizing how he has overcome the barriers of Cerebral Palsy to be a role model to those in the community with distinct abilities. Kelly Collison
Chief Executive Officer
Kelly has over 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky region. During her previous time at Dress for Success Cincinnati and AVEDA Fredric's Corporation, she was able to create enriching experiences for the community and the clients she served. As an event producer and consultant on a wide range of events, her love of youth leadership was displayed while directing the national officers at the annual national leadership conference for the Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America student leadership organization. In 2015, Kelly shifted her attention to educating the next generation of philanthropists with Magnified Giving. Kelly serves on the Rotary Club of Cincinnati Foundation Board, the Ozanam Center for Service Learning committee, nominating committee for Leadership Council for Nonprofits, and she volunteers her time and talents for several service projects. Kelly lives with her husband Blane and near their son Quinn, in Sycamore Township.

Alison Kaufman
Vice President of Programs
During her time as the Program Manager for a local nonprofit, Alison developed strong relationships within multiple school districts to expand the volunteer and donor base for the organization. During this time, she was exposed to Magnified Giving as a recipient of multiple grants. The connection of working with the students in the Magnified Giving program was inspirational, and it motivated her to join the Magnified Giving team and use her experience to build and manage relationships with schools, teachers, and nonprofits. As a parent to a college student and triplets in high school, Alison sees the importance of educating this generation to be the voice of change for our communities. Alison is a member of the Rotary Club of Cincinnati, a proud graduate of BOLD and the Leadership Circle through the Leadership Council For Nonprofits of Cincinnati. She is currently seeking her National Youth Leadership Certificate of Service-Learning Excellent Practice to ensure Magnified Giving is providing the best support to our community.

Carey Kuznar
Vice President of Advancement
Carey has spent over 20 years serving in various roles in the nonprofit field, including consulting education administrators and boards on their strategic vision and goals. She has a passion for helping donors align their passions with their giving which has resulted in over 10 million dollars to benefit the communities of New Haven, CT, Cleveland and Cincinnati, Ohio; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Charleston, South Carolina. Carey and her husband Zak volunteer on local and national boards and spend time with their teenage twins - with whom they love to cook at home and travel to new destinations.

Lindsey Barta
Director of Communications
As a communication professional, Lindsey uses her skills to empower youth by telling their stories and elevating programs that support their development. Lindsey is a former Magnified Giving intern, and she holds her Master’s Degree in Communication and Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati. She is also a graduate of BOLD (Board Orientation + Leadership Development) Class 7, a program presented by the Leadership Council for Nonprofits. Lindsey and her husband, Kyle, live in Buffalo, NY, where they are actively involved in mentoring college students through H2O Church at the University at Buffalo.

Becca Freyhof
Program Manager
Becca is passionate about providing opportunities for youth to engage in their community, a passion she carried out in a variety of roles during her 9 years on staff at Brighton Center in Northern Kentucky. During her time at Brighton Center, she partnered with Magnified Giving, helping to facilitate both Camp Give and Youth Philanthropy Programs with youth involved in Brighton Center programming. She was compelled by the mission of Magnified Giving and our shared passion to empower youth, and in her role at Magnified Giving, she supports both Programs and Advancement and uses her years of experience working with youth to head Camp Give. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Counseling and Human Services from Northern Kentucky University, and she is a Trauma Informed Care professional. Outside of work, Becca enjoys spending time with her husband Chris and their cat Lily.

Tyler René Rocquemore
Advancement Manager
Tyler is a Magnified Giving alumna, having participated in the Youth Philanthropy Program at DePaul Cristo Rey High School during her junior and senior years of high school. During that time, Tyler interned at the Magnified Giving office through the work study program at DePaul Cristo Rey, and she also served as a camp counselor for Camp Give for several years. Tyler returns to Magnified Giving after earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing from Berea College. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants with friends, spending time with her family, and watching movies.

Jessica Robbins
Administrative Assistant
Jessica brings both experience and a passion for organization to her role as Administrative Assistant at Magnified Giving. With an Associate’s Degree in Applied Business in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati/Raymond Walters College, Jessica has honed her skills in leadership and bookkeeping over many years in various fields. Beyond her professional life, Jessica enjoys a fulfilling personal life on a farm in Loveland, OH, where she cares for cows, goats, chickens, livestock guardian dogs, and barn cats alongside her husband, Steven. She is prepared to bring her expertise to Magnified Giving and contribute to our mission.

Branden Waggoner
Social Media Manager
Branden graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations in spring 2024. He utilizes his skills in communication design, copywriting, and social media marketing to create engaging content and tell compelling stories that resonate with our stakeholders. Branden specializes in creating newsletters, press releases, articles, graphics, and managing social media platforms to enhance outreach efforts and support the organization's mission.
